What we offer

TT-BMI is a think tank that offers opportunities for new and unexpected forms of value creation. A think tank where imagination and creativity can run free to tackle real-world sustainable business model challenges in different organisations. In interdisciplinary teams, you will experience innovation first-hand and have the unique opportunity to co-design and innovate sustainability-oriented business models. Ideas are piloted and tested in real-world contexts using prototypes. At the end of the process, a final proposal is presented to key stakeholders.

On this learning journey, you will be supported by coaches through a variety of workshops. You will be introduced to systemic design methods and gain knowledge about different forms of business model innovations and their elements. You will build crucial competences and skills that are important for you in your working life, e.g. interdisciplinary communication, innovation management, taking responsibility, teamwork and the ability to take action. At the end, you will be able to analyse thoroughly, contextualise, innovate and design pro-actively.

You are curious and optimistic, and believe that different possibilities exist but may not have been discovered yet. You have perseverance and don’t give up when you hit a dead end and are forced to return to the drawing table. You have empathy and are able to put your own assumptions aside and engage with others openly and honestly. Then you’ve come to the right place!
